Referral

We’re excited to announce that In Reach Lymphoedema and Cancer Care will officially launch in July 2026. We will be accepting referrals for both Telehealth and in-clinic appointments (Darwin).

While we are not yet scheduling in-clinic appointments, we warmly welcome your referrals. Please complete the form below and upload your referral if available. Our team will contact you soon with further information regarding appointment scheduling.

Fees

Appointments are available both in person and via Telehealth.

We accept referrals and funding through:

  • Private Health Insurance

  • Medicare (via a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan)

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

You may be eligible for a Medicare subsidy. If you have any questions about our fees, funding options, or accessing available subsidies, please don’t hesitate to contact In Reach Lymphoedema and Cancer Care.
